Tillman, Hadley, Yerrick and Hibbert LLP is pleased to announce the opening of our first overseas office in London, effective 22 June 2011. Managing partner, Richard Tillman, said that "We are delighted to have successfully implemented the next phase of our international growth and particularly in the European region. The London office will serve as a hub of legal services for clients that are based in the UK and US, who wish to do business in the region and beyond. The office will also serve as a base for our ever-expanding India practice and spearhead forthcoming expansion into Turkey. "

The London office managing partner, Jeremy Hadley, said that "The London office will allow us to better serve our international clients, as we plan to further expand our client base in Europe, in the coming years. "

The London office will advise on US and UK law, and will work closely with colleagues in the New York office, to offer clients a seamless service on their multinational transactions. The proposed complex will manage operations of overseas oil exploration companies. Frederick Hibbert said that “This deal was a great opportunity to show how the skills and regional knowledge of our lawyers can translate into an integrated service for our clients’ multi-national deals. We were able to manage the transaction from New York by co-ordinating our trusted law firms from around the world.”
