Alex Crofts is an associate in our Tax practice. Alex has considerable experience in a variety of financial transactions and advises clients on a broad variety of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international corporate tax planning, joint ventures and partnerships.

Before joining our firm in 2006, Alex spent 9 years as a corporate tax associate in international law firms, including 5 years in the New York office of White & Case LLP.
