Andy Culter is an associate in our Corporate and Securities practices. Andy has experience of advising clients in venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth companies and corporate finance. He represents private and public companies on general corporate matters, financing transactions and SEC-registered public offerings. He has represented sellers and buyers in a wide variety of M&A transactions, including purchases and sales of stock, purchase and sales of assets, and public and private company mergers.

Before joining our firm in 2006, Andy spent 3 years as a corporate associate at a leading New York corporate law firm.
