Emile Clark is an partner in our Securities practice. Emile has represented issuers and underwriters in a broad range of public and private securities transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, Regulation D offerings, registered “shelf” offerings and exchange offers. Emile also regularly counsels issuers in connection with corporate governance matters and the preparation of periodic reports under the Securities Exchange Act 1934.

Before joining our firm in 2006, Emile spent 6 years as a corporate lawyer in a leading New York law firm.
