Judith Altman is an associate in our Tax practice. Judith has extensive experience of advising on U.S. federal tax issues as they relate to a broad array of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity matters and cross-border financing and investment transactions. Her clients include foreign and domestic banks, private equity funds and other financial institutions.

Before joining our firm in 2007, Judith was an associate in the corporate tax department of a leading New York law firm.
