Kevin Butler is an associate in our Corporate practice. Kevin advises a wide range of public and private companies, including emerging companies, venture capital and private equity firms, investment companies and investment advisors. Kevin focuses in the area of mergers and acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance, corporate finance and securities law compliance.

Before joining our firm in 2008, Kevin spent 3 years as in-house counsel at SuperValu Inc., before which he was a corporate associate in the New York office of Jones Day LLP.
