Michael Zuckerman is of counsel in our Corporate and Securities practices. Michael’s practice concentrates primarily on corporate finance and capital market transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings and registered offerings of debt securities. Michael also advises public company clients on corporate governance and securities law compliance. Additionally, Michael works with companies of all sizes on a range of matters including private financing, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiating, and other business law matters.
Before joining our firm in 2007, Michael spent 4 years as a corporate associate in a leading New York based corporate law firm.
