Stephen Major is a partner in our Corporate and Securities practices. Stephen has extensive experience of advising in mergers and acquisitions, initial and secondary public offerings, and corporate governance matters. He has been engaged in many high-profile matters that include cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, complex restructuring deals, proxy fights and takeover defense work.
Before joining our firm in 2006, Stephen was an associate in a leading New York law firm.
